About the Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Construction Lecturers and Vocational Tutors to join our pool of teaching professionals supporting further education and training delivery across the London area.

Due to regular demand for cover and curriculum support, we are looking to build a reliable bank of lecturers who are ready to pick up work as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople, qualified teachers, or industry professionals looking to step into teaching.

• Plumbing
• Electrical Installation
• Brickwork
• Fabrication & Welding
• Motor Vehicle / Automotive Technology
• Other construction‑related disciplines

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging practical and theory lessons
• Supporting learners to develop trade skills and achieve qualifications
• Assisting with assessments, workshops, and demonstrations

What We’re Looking For

• Industry experience in your specialist area
• Teaching qualifications (desirable but not essential) – support may be provided
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for developing the next generation of construction professionals
• Flexibility to take on cover at short notice
